By accessing and using Cost Tracker API, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Cost Tracker API is an API cost monitoring platform that helps you track, analyse and organise API usage costs you record.

The service provides cost tracking, budget alerts and savings recommendations based on usage data you enter, across providers you add.

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

The service does not collect or store third-party API keys or credentials. You remain responsible for any keys you use with third-party providers outside this service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for actions taken using your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Cost Tracker API and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cost Tracker API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible and removes the account and all associated data.

We may modify these terms at any time. The Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised when we do.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
